What are your delivery times?

It takes 2-5 days for the order to process through fulfillment with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days thereafter. INWYT Apparel will not be responsible for any orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any other carrier providing service.

How much will shipping cost?

INWYT Apparel provides “Free Shipping” regardless of the total order amount.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

INWYT Apparel is currently based in the United States only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Amex, Pay Pal, Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc. We do not offer Stripe as a payment option. You can select your preference of payment during checkout.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact support@inwytapparel.com within 3 days of receiving the wrong product and we will guide you through the steps to correct the issue. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for our customer service team to respond to your message.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes, but you must first contact support@inwytapparel.com within 3 days of receiving the faulty item to make the request. Send your order number, picture of the faulty item, along with your name for review and verification. Once we send notice that we have received and reviewed the request, you must send the faulty item back to INWYT Apparel so that we can start the exchange process. We will only give an exchange for the original item and size that you purchased. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for our customer service team to respond to your request.

INWYT Apparel currently uses Bella Canvas for all of our designs due to their top-tier quality and fit options.

How do I return and receive a refund for my product?

INWYT Apparel does not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Follow the care instructions of the item purchased. INWYT Apparel will not be responsible for the proper care once the customer receives the item.
